Job Responsibilities:

- Manage changes and go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Perform other tasks related to customer service duties.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Location: Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Prior experience in customer support is required.
- Background in fintech is not mandatory.
- Understanding of the Company's business, technical, financial, and organizational structure is essential.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, strong written and verbal skills.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Desirable qualities include integrity, initiative, discretion, and respect for others' rights.
- Interest in financial technologies and services is a plus.
- Motivation and willingness to grow within the role.
- Proficiency in English and Italian languages.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
