Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the forefront representative of the P2P market, managing inbound communications and engaging in outbound interactions via chats, emails, and calls
  • Independently provide accurate information to effectively resolve customer problems and concerns
  • Stay informed with current and relevant updates to enhance customer service operations
  • Escalate complex issues to team leaders, managers, and other relevant departments
  • Adhere to set Quality Assurance standards and comply with the designated schedule
  • Assist in various process preparations as delegated by the Team Leader
  • Foster a positive team-oriented approach and collaborate effectively with internal departments

Requirements:

  • Possess 2-3 years of experience in frontline customer support, preferably within financial or service industries
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and a proactive attitude in tackling complex issues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Display flexibility and resilience in swiftly changing environments
  • Proficient in multitasking, prioritization, and efficient time management
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 5mbps broadband)
  • Knowledge or interest in blockchain, digital assets, or fintech industries; experience as a Binance P2P user is an advantage
  • Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
  • Fluency in Spanish is necessary for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders
