Requirements
- Over 1 year of customer-facing or customer service representative experience
- Proficiency in IT for handling technical customer queries
- Excellent written communication and active listening skills
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is advantageous
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Availability for weekend, irregular hours, and night shifts
