Customer service plays a vital role at Binance as we aim to establish a supportive platform for our users, characterized by top-notch assistance, swift response times, and accurate information. Service delivery is managed through ticketing systems and live chat, covering customer inquiries, complaints, and verification processes for our state-of-the-art cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Proficiency in English is a key requirement for the support role, while proficiency in additional languages is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Address back-office tickets and offer round-the-clock online query responses and email support to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide guidance and suggestions via email or online platforms.
  • Assist other departments with customer interactions, accurately record customer requests and feedback, and document information systematically.
  • Manage customer complaints, unique cases, or spontaneous tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong integrity and honesty, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • A sense of accountability and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a penchant for exceeding expectations.
  • Enthusiasm for customer service, willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
  • Positive attitude towards the crypto industry.
  • Personal or professional exposur to cryptocurrencies and proficiency in English.
