Customer support is primarily managed through a ticketing system and live chat, addressing customer queries, complaints, and identification verification for our leading cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage back office tickets and engage in around-the-clock online inquiry and email response services for customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide advice and recommendations through email or online tools.
  • Collaborate with various business units for customer interaction, accurately document customer requests and feedback, and provide insights through documentation.
  • Handle customer complaints, special cases, or ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • A degree at the Bachelor level or higher.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated high integrity, proactiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  • Ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Enthusiasm for the customer service industry, willingness to work varying shifts, including nights.
  • Positive outlook on the crypto industry.
  • Personal or professional exposure to cryptocurrencies.
  • Proficiency in the English language required. Additional language skills are advantageous.
