Responsibilities:
Manage back office tickets and engage in around-the-clock online inquiry and email response services for customers.
Address customer inquiries, provide advice and recommendations through email or online tools.
Collaborate with various business units for customer interaction, accurately document customer requests and feedback, and provide insights through documentation.
Handle customer complaints, special cases, or ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
A degree at the Bachelor level or higher.
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce.
Demonstrated high integrity, proactiveness, and attention to detail.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Enthusiasm for the customer service industry, willingness to work varying shifts, including nights.
