Requirements
- Over 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative
- Proficiency in utilizing IT tools for professional purposes and handling somewhat technical customer queries
- Outstanding written communication skills and active listening abilities
- Efficient multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a significant plus
- Fluent in English and German
- Openness to working weekends, irregular hours, including night shifts
