Customer Service Representative - (German & English)

We are seeking experienced Customer Support representatives to spearhead and expand our customer service operations in Europe, prioritizing quality assistance, quick response times, and accurate information provision for our users. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a passion for customer satisfaction, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of live chat and email inquiries promptly.
- Assess customer needs effectively to deliver satisfaction.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to users.
- Handle complaints efficiently, offering suitable solutions within established timeframes and ensuring resolution follow-up.
- Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
- Demonstrate commitment to engaging and serving customers efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or similar customer-facing roles.
- Proficient in using IT for business applications, including troubleshooting technical queries.
- Excellent written communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and German is required, with additional languages considered a plus.
- Must be willing to work weekends and potentially night shifts.
