Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of live chat interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to Binance products and features for client retention
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, documenting analysis reports
  • Enhance customer complaint processes to elevate service quality
  • Handle unforeseen emergencies promptly and effectively
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks and reports delegated by shift leaders or managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a finance-related field
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly within e-commerce or finance
  • Proficient in customer service operations and problem-solving, with a data-driven approach
  • Knowledge or experience with financial derivative products is advantageous
  • Openness to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Thai to communicate effectively with global stakeholders

About the Role
The role involves managing customer inquiries, handling KYC processes, responding to emails, and monitoring messages across platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will have strong Japanese language skills and a customer service background. This role will be fully remote.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat support.
- Support customer service operations, including but not limited to user research, handling enquiries, process withdrawal applications, KYC, bug reporting, Q&A updates.
- Understand policies and procedures of global customer support, adhere to policies set, ensuring high quality support is provided to users in accordance with global standard.
- Create and post customer announcements.
- Monitor and respond to messages on Telegram and WhatsApp.
