Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of live chats and phone calls
- Evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfactory outcomes
- Offering accurate, comprehensive information to customers
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely resolutions through follow-ups
- Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Going above and beyond to engage with customers effectively
Requirements
- Previous customer-facing experience or as a customer service representative for at least 1 year
- Fluency in both English and Italian, as coordination with overseas partners is essential
- Willingness to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
- Strong IT skills for handling technical customer queries
- Exceptional written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Background knowledge in cryptocurrency and blockchain is advantageous
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
