  • Morning: 7am - 3pm (Office Based)
  • Afternoon: 3pm - 11pm (Office Based)
  • Overnight: 11pm - 7am (Home Based)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use chat to respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Maintain customer data and communicate effectively with internal teams

  • Work on a 24/7 shift rotation pattern (7-3, 3-11, 11-7)

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of sports and gambling is advantageous
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrencies is a plus
