In this role, you will be providing customer support through ticketing system and live chat, addressing inquiries, complaints, and aiding in verification processes on our advanced cryptocurrency platform.
Fluency in Hindi and English is essential for effective communication with our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Manage back office tickets and deliver round-the-clock online, voice, and email support to customers.
- Address customer queries, feedback, and suggestions via appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer concerns accurately and provide detailed feedback.
- Manage customer complaints, special cases, and any additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Degree or Diploma qualification.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or E-commerce.
- Strong integrity, proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to thrive under pressure, and exceed expectations.
- Enthusiasm for the customer service field and willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts.
- Positive outlook on the crypto industry.
