Responsibilities:

  • Addressing, following up on, and resolving complex issues to ensure comprehensive issue resolution.
  • Actively identifying problems and facilitating their resolution through product and process enhancements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaborating across departments, coordinating with team members, and leading efforts to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Developing and refining systems and processes to foster team advancement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum full-time Diploma education (Preference for a Degree) with over 5 years of exceptional customer service team management experience. Experience in managing multinational teams is advantageous.
  • Availability to work in line with the provided schedule to support round-the-clock operations.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to interact with Mandarin-speaking counterparts from China and Hong Kong.
  • Proficient in data analysis and logical reasoning.
  • High tolerance for stress coupled with strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proactive work ethic and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work at Tun Razak Exchange, within walking distance from MRT TRX.
