Services include handling customer queries, complaints, and the identification approval process.
Excellent customer support specialists are genuinely enthusiastic about assisting customers, displaying tolerance, empathy, and effective communication skills. They can empathize with clients, advocate for them when needed, gather valuable customer feedback, and excel at problem-solving. Ensuring exceptional service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction will be a key goal.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a large volume of live chat and incoming emails
- Assess customers' needs and deliver satisfactory solutions
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information
- Address complaints, offer suitable resolutions and options promptly with follow-up for resolution
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provide exceptional service to engage customers effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven customer-facing experience or as a customer service representative
- Proficient in IT for professional use, capable of handling technical customer queries
- Exceptional written communication and listening skills
- Strong multitasking abilities, effective time management, and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency/blockchain sector
- Multi-lingual proficiency is advantageous
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Availability for weekend shifts, irregular hours, and night shifts
