DeFi Team Role
We are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our DeFi team, irrespective of whether you are a developer, trader, or a recent graduate. The primary objective is to assist in the construction and upkeep of the systems underpinning our on-chain pursuits. Your responsibilities will encompass designing and executing trading strategies, as well as overseeing the essential microservices and backend infrastructure vital to the trading engine.
Our trading activities are profoundly technology-oriented, casting our traders as programmatic troubleshooters. Similar to the prevailing philosophy among creators in this sector, this role demands versatility. You will engage with multiple codebases using a range of languages, spearheading exploration at the frontiers of the design landscape in the ecosystem.

As a team member, you will work closely alongside seasoned traders and developers who will mentor you on enhancing and contributing to our systems. Team members are encouraged to craft their own narratives, challenge one another, and collectively explore new horizons.
Requirements:
- Programming proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go
- Proficiency in operating within Linux environments and Git version control
- Experience in programmatic statistical analysis, and possession of quantitative/analytical skills
- High-level comprehension of high-frequency market making strategies
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and Ethereum Virtual Machine mechanics
- Familiarity with smart contract development and the Foundry toolkit
- Eagerness to delve into protocol microstructure and design mechanisms
