About the Team
The Parity DevOps team, part of the Parity Infrastructure & Data department, consists of over 20 remote-first employees with the option to work from offices in Berlin, Lisbon, and London.
About the Role
As the leader of the DevOps/SRE team, you will manage a team of 5 engineers responsible for maintaining infrastructure supporting Parity’s Polkadot SDK development. Collaboration with various teams is key to ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. Your leadership will drive automation, efficiency improvements, and optimization of our technology stack.
- Lead and provide guidance to the DevOps team
- Establish best practices for infrastructure automation and cloud operations
- Contribute to the technology roadmap
- Promote a DevOps culture across the organization
- Work closely with software development teams to enhance processes
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems for system reliability
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies for efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects
Profile Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Experience with various cloud providers
