Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment: The primary responsibility in the first month is to actively recruit new individuals and guide them through the initial stages of starting their dream journey.
Enrolment: Assist new recruits in the enrolment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Training: Participate in our comprehensive training program during your first month (30 days), which includes classes on how to become a proficient Dream Support Assistant. Learn the ins and outs of using the "Team management" area to effectively guide and support individuals in achieving their dreams.
Team Management: Utilise your individual CRM "Management system" area to oversee and guide individuals through their dream development process, acting as their dedicated Dream Support Assistant.
Promotion: Successful candidates will have the opportunity to secure a basic salary along with commission after the first month, based on their results and ability in customer service. Promotions will be considered based on performance, with the potential to move up within the company.
