The Finance & Accounting (F&A) team encompasses a range of functions including Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Collectively, the team focuses on optimizing global finance initiatives and thrives on attention to detail while managing diverse and stimulating project scopes.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely preparation of month-end closing and group consolidation
- Creating audit schedules and conducting necessary financial analysis
- Collaborating with auditors to address audit-related queries
- Supporting day-to-day financial operations within the team
- Participating in testing and deployment of finance digital transformation solutions
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters
- Handling ad hoc tasks assigned by the team or management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-2 years of finance and/or accounting experience; background with Big 4 audit firms is beneficial
- Qualified Accountant with credentials such as HKICPA considered advantageous
- Demonstration of responsibility, detail orientation, self-motivation, and ability to work autonomously
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, especially under pressure
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
