Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed records of company transactions and generate monthly financial analysis reports to assist in budget planning.
- Collaborate with external accountants to review their quarterly and annual reports.
- Oversee interactions with regulatory agencies to ensure tax compliance and provide necessary information for audits.
- Manage monthly income distribution records and supervise related income distribution processes.
- Initiate budget requests as required and ensure expenses align with budget limits.
- Verify supplier invoices for accuracy and initiate payment processing.
- Review and process member reimbursements based on company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Proficient in verbal Mandarin (written skills not mandatory).
- 3-5 years of relevant financial work experience.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
- Knowledgeable about U.S. and international accounting standards with understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Efficient, responsible, with strong execution skills, agile thinking, good communication, coordination abilities, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
Recruiting Process
- Recruiter Call: A brief 15-30 minute discussion covering your background and the role.
- Test (Online test/Take-home assignment)
- Team Interview: A detailed 45-60 minute session with the team focusing on technical skills and team fit.
- Final Interview: An approximately 45-minute interview possibly involving higher-level management or decision-makers.
All interviews will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meeting to accommodate the fully remote recruitment process for global candidates.
