Overview
The Front Desk / Customer Service Representative will be the initial point of contact for a premium co-working space, responsible for influencing clients' and visitors' first impressions. This position demands professionalism, a service-centric mindset, and adept multitasking capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon their arrival to ensure a positive and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and redirecting them when necessary, supplying basic information as required.
- Handle room reservations and uphold the maintenance of a tidy and appealing reception area.
- Offer administrative assistance such as setting up appointments, organizing meeting rooms, and managing mail and deliveries.
- Support in solving customer concerns to sustain a superior level of customer contentment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles is beneficial.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and proactivity in issue resolution.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
