What we’ll achieve together:

• Develop engaging gameplay systems that align with the CryptoKitties brand, striking a balance between in-game and token-based economies to foster sustainable player engagement and community growth.
• Design game concepts, user flows, and comprehensive documentation to effectively convey ideas to the development team.
• Work collaboratively with artists, engineers, and product managers to bring creative visions to fruition.
• Create game features that blend entertainment and challenge, ensuring high player engagement and retention levels.
• Conduct playtests and analyze player behavior to pinpoint areas for enhancement in gameplay and the in-game economy, refining designs based on insights.
• Explore innovative ways to integrate blockchain technology into gameplay.
• Assist in crafting live events and implementing feature updates to maintain players' excitement and engagement levels.

About you:

• Possess 3+ years of game design experience, preferably with a focus on casual or mobile games.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of core gameplay mechanics and system design principles.
• Show a deep passion for crafting entertaining and captivating player experiences.
• Have knowledge of blockchain technology or a keen interest in understanding its potential in the gaming industry.
• Proficient in utilizing tools like Figma, Miro, or other design and documentation software.
• Embrace a collaborative mindset and excel in working efficiently with cross-functional teams.
• Exhibit a genuine fondness for CryptoKitties and a desire to shape its future!
