We are in search of a dedicated individual to support the affiliate team in managing a growing network of affiliates. The primary focus of this role involves collaborating with prominent Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure the success of their promotional activities. A key aspect of the role is internal communication and equipping affiliates with the necessary tools and resources to attract more users to Binance. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, a background in marketing/PR, and strong communication skills to effectively engage both internally and externally. Given Binance's extensive affiliate network, the individual must bring added value through their work, outperforming competitors and excelling in securing top affiliates.
The role entails primarily using in-house tools, necessitating rapid learning, liaising with developers to enhance systems and interfaces, addressing issues, and conducting intricate data analysis.
Before applying, candidates are required to analyze the existing affiliate program and draft a brief cover letter outlining future strategies for Binance to bolster the affiliate channel. Additionally, an intricate test challenge will be presented following the initial interview.
Responsibilities
- Expand affiliate network through outreach to YouTubers, media, and influencers, including negotiation, onboarding, and necessary paperwork
- Manage key accounts by maintaining regular communication, analyzing performance, and providing recommendations for enhancement
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns with an emphasis on ROI
- Generate reports using internal data to optimize overall affiliate channel performance
- Monitor the competitor landscape and adjust strategies accordingly
- Detect fraud, identify new scam schemes, and counter any partner manipulation tactics
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in managing sizable affiliate programs, preferably within the fintech realm, ideally in the cryptocurrency sector
- Background in business development is advantageous
- Proficiency in understanding the crypto space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in collaborating with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers
- Fluency in English, additional language proficiency is beneficial
