Additionally, you will play a leadership role within the company, advocating for marketing and showcasing its achievements to the wider organization.
In this role, you will serve as the leader in data and analytics, prioritizing performance and leveraging real-time insights to optimize our marketing approach. With a strategic mindset, you will foster strong relationships with the IoTeX development community, deeply understanding their needs and advocating on their behalf within the Foundation. You will also envision and execute a long-term strategy for enhancing the developer experience over the next several years. Education, documentation, and grant evaluation for developers will be key responsibilities, which encompass community building, advocacy, and technical aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong connections between IoTeX Foundation and developers within the IoTeX ecosystem.
- Advocate for developers and understand their perspectives and needs within Foundation activities.
- Collaborate with core development teams and ecosystem builders to enhance the developer experience.
- Formulate a forward-looking strategy for the future of IoTeX developer experience.
- Create educational materials and documentation to support developer success.
- Evaluate and scope developer grants, providing guidance to grantees.
- Engage in community building, advocacy, and technical tasks as needed.
Qualifications for Success:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communication, or web3 industries.
- Bachelor's degree.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to think creatively and innovate.
- Proficiency in budget management.
- Strong judgment and discretion derived from years of experience.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.

Web3 Business Development Partner (Uncapped Commission + ETH Payouts)
Shillbee is the automated growth weapon for Web3 projects. We help crypto founders, DAOs, and memecoins dominate Twitter & Spaces. In this market, silence is death. The Role
We are looking for a Hunter. We don't need you to sit in Zoom meetings or fill out endless reports. We need you to identify launching projects, reach out to founders, and close deals.

What You Will Do
Hunt: Identify potential clients daily (New token launches on Solana/Base, quiet Twitter accounts with high trading volume).
Engage: Reach out via Twitter DMs, Telegram, or Discord. You know where founders hang out.
Close: Sell our Subscription Plans ($199/mo) and "Whale Packs" ($500+). The value proposition is simple: "We make your project look alive."
Build: Recruit your own network of sub-affiliates and agency partners to scale your income.
Who You Are
Native to Web3: You know what "WAGMI", "CT", and "Spaces" mean. You understand the urgency of a token launch.
Hustler: You don't wait for inbound leads. You generate them.
Independent: You work from anywhere, anytime. We care about results (revenue), not hours.
Experience in selling marketing services, SaaS, or shilling services is a huge plus.

Your Role:
As a Part-Time Business Developer, you will source and onboard new crypto projects, arrange Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, and drive community growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding FlipFlop’s reach and impact while earning competitive task-based rewards.
What You’ll Do:
- Bring serious projects and teams to launch on our platform
- Coordinate weekly AMAs with relevant crypto projects
- Grow our Telegram or Discord communities with genuine members
- Develop partnerships and onboard influencers for ecosystem growth
Who You Are:
- Passionate about crypto and blockchain technology

Payment structure:
Base Compensation: $500 USD monthly (subject to adjustments based on task completion) + 20% of platform fees collected from each project you bring onboard + additional rewards.
Core Tasks and Deductions:
1. Bringing New Projects to Launch
Task: Source and onboard at least 1 serious project and team per month to launch on our platform.
Penalty: Failure to complete this task will result in a $100 deduction from the $500 base compensation.
2. Arranging Project AMAs (Ask Me Anything Sessions)
Task: Coordinate and host 1 AMA per week with new or relevant crypto projects.
Penalty: Each AMA not completed will deduct $80 from the base compensation.
3. Community Growth
Task: Attract 100 genuine, legitimate new members to the official Telegram or Discord group monthly via a custom invitation link.
Penalty: Failure to reach the goal will deduct $50 from the base compensation.
Extra Rewards (No deductions):
4. Partnership Development
Task: Secure partnerships with crypto communities, marketing agencies, or influencers.
Reward: $100–$200 per signed partnership depending on scope and value.
5. KOL/KOC and Influencer Onboarding
Task: Recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to support project launches or campaigns.
Reward: $25–$50 per vetted KOL/KOC added.
