In this role, you will serve as the leader in data and analytics, prioritizing performance and leveraging real-time insights to optimize our marketing approach. With a strategic mindset, you will foster strong relationships with the IoTeX development community, deeply understanding their needs and advocating on their behalf within the Foundation. You will also envision and execute a long-term strategy for enhancing the developer experience over the next several years. Education, documentation, and grant evaluation for developers will be key responsibilities, which encompass community building, advocacy, and technical aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong connections between IoTeX Foundation and developers within the IoTeX ecosystem.
  • Advocate for developers and understand their perspectives and needs within Foundation activities.
  • Collaborate with core development teams and ecosystem builders to enhance the developer experience.
  • Formulate a forward-looking strategy for the future of IoTeX developer experience.
  • Create educational materials and documentation to support developer success.
  • Evaluate and scope developer grants, providing guidance to grantees.
  • Engage in community building, advocacy, and technical tasks as needed.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communication, or web3 industries.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to think creatively and innovate.
  • Proficiency in budget management.
  • Strong judgment and discretion derived from years of experience.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in graphic and web design.
