These campaigns will aim to resonate with fans globally across various sports, combining strategic planning, creative execution, and analytical evaluation. Your role involves creating campaigns that compel sports enthusiasts to explore the world of crypto, thereby translating engagement into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement end-to-end inbound marketing campaigns leveraging the passion of sports communities to boost trading volumes and product adoption.
- Work with internal graphic designers to craft campaign materials with compelling content and engaging visuals.
- Strategize, launch, and fine-tune campaigns for both new and existing clients using inbound channels to maximize ROI with attractive incentives.
- Analyze campaign performance, derive practical insights, and refine strategies for enhanced long-term effectiveness.
- Work closely with CRM, Data Analytics, Product, and Brand teams to ensure consistency and synergy across all user touchpoints.
- Conduct market and audience research to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities in the sports arena.
- Document and oversee operational processes including legal review, creative delivery, reward fulfillment, and performance monitoring.
- Develop scalable frameworks for sports-centered growth and user engagement.
- Continuously enhance the campaign experience through data-driven experimentation and user input.
- Manage internal stakeholder communications and ensure timely, compliant, and goal-aligned campaign execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inbound campaign management and/or sports marketing.
- Proficiency in growth marketing metrics, data analytics, and working knowledge of platforms such as Tableau, Segment, and Databricks.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively presenting complex ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and proactively handle fast-paced situations.
Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
