Our client, an exciting web3 startup, is seeking a Marketing Associate with a focus on driving growth. The ideal candidate will display a passion for innovation, agility in execution, and a strong ability to impact key metrics. Prior experience in crypto or web3 is not necessary; an eagerness to acquire new knowledge is valued.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with company founders to expand the product reach, repurpose content for various platforms, and develop innovative strategies for user conversion
- Devise and implement campaigns aimed at increasing top-of-funnel growth
- Demonstrate agility in swiftly moving from idea generation to campaign launch
- Establish a reliable content generation system with collaborators, internal or external, to consistently attract and convert new users on a weekly basis
- Enhance conversion funnel performance and optimize landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct experiments, derive insights from analytics, and present actionable suggestions to the team
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, or campaign management, preferably in a startup or a fast-paced agency
- Demonstrated ability in independently leading and scaling end-to-end campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis
- Proficiency in various social platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, X (Twitter), and upcoming channels
- Experience in supervising content creators, contractors, or agencies
- Strong comprehension of funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, drop-off analysis) and a keenness to delve into advanced analytics
- A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who navigates uncertainty well, thinks creatively, and operates independently

The Role
We are looking for a Hunter. We don't need you to sit in Zoom meetings or fill out endless reports. We need you to identify launching projects, reach out to founders, and close deals.
This is a 100% Commission-Based role. You eat what you kill, but the buffet is open.
What You Will Do
Hunt: Identify potential clients daily (New token launches on Solana/Base, quiet Twitter accounts with high trading volume).
Engage: Reach out via Twitter DMs, Telegram, or Discord. You know where founders hang out.
Close: Sell our Subscription Plans ($199/mo) and "Whale Packs" ($500+). The value proposition is simple: "We make your project look alive."
Build: Recruit your own network of sub-affiliates and agency partners to scale your income.
