Growth Manager, Social and Search
We're in search of a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to oversee our digital marketing campaigns across various new product lines at a progressive company, focusing on innovation in the realm of finance and digital assets. This comprises credit cards, loyalty programs, onchain crypto trading, crypto derivatives, stocks, and prediction markets.
Relevant experience in Finance, Crypto, and Tech roles is valuable. However, the primary requirement is a proactive individual with a creative and experimental approach who can spearhead growth initiatives and campaign development for a diverse range of products. This role necessitates a curious, commercial mindset, continual learning about new products and technologies, as well as understanding audiences and user trends.
The role involves managing and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns across significant paid channels for the B2C market, emphasizing strategic planning, execution, and refining strategies for impactful results. The suitable candidate will drive customer acquisition and new business revenue in a competitive and regulated marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Create, launch, and enhance paid campaigns across various platforms like Search and Social Media.
Monitor daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and user acquisition under defined CPA targets.
Tailor creative assets and messaging in alignment with regional regulations, credit card schedules, and user intent.
Leverage data to segment users based on behavior, location, interests, or devices to improve targeting efficiency and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
Integrate internal and external data sources to fine-tune audience targeting and enhance campaign performance.
Measurement & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, and platform-specific dashboards.
Generate comprehensive reports on KPIs like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rate, and Lifetime Value (LTV).
Provide actionable insights to diverse teams such as creative, product, and compliance departments.
Compliance & Market Sensitivity:
Ensure adherence of all marketing activities to state-level regulations and partner mandates.
Stay updated on legal frameworks, industry trends, and competitor actions within the credit card sector.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of performance marketing experience.
- Strong business acumen and ability to craft compelling messaging for user acquisition through web and app outlets.
- Proven track record managing acquisition campaigns with high budgets across multiple countries.
- Profound expertise in self-service paid media platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, and others.
- Sound understanding of attribution modeling, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle in the credit card industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance.
- Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and data teams.
- Effective account management and negotiation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency or community-driven growth and Web3 technologies.
- Interest in trading and investing in traditional and decentralized finance.
- Additional language proficiencies beyond fluent English.
- Experience handling SaaS analytics (Tableau) and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer).
