Description
Crypto.com is seeking a proficient Growth Marketing Hacker to spearhead the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and lifecycle programs for the new stocks and equities trading venture. Collaboration with product managers and growth teams will be essential to ensure seamless alignment of feature launches, user campaigns, and overall user experience with user requirements and business goals. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to shape the interaction of the upcoming generation with traditional financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning:
- Collaborate closely with product and strategy teams to oversee the roadmap of stocks and equities trading within the company's ecosystem.
- Develop distinctive messaging that sets apart the offering in terms of accessibility, fees, user experience, and cross-asset trading. Manage positioning and briefs.
- Establish user personas and tailor user journeys to drive User Acquisition and target Customer Acquisition Cost.
- Align product direction with market insights and user behavior in partnership with product managers and growth teams.
- Launch Execution:
- Lead growth Go-To-Market strategies for new features like fractional shares, commission-free trading, and securities lending.
- Create integrated campaigns across various channels such as email, in-app, paid media, content, and influencer collaborations to boost adoption and engagement. Oversee execution by User Acquisition teams.
- Ensure regional marketing, compliance, and communications relevance and impact in collaboration with other teams.
- Enhance conversion rates through effective landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign assets.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence:
- Gather insights through user interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis to guide positioning and roadmap.
- Monitor competitors and emerging trends in fintech to maintain competitiveness.
- Channel insights into product, growth, and creative strategies.
- Growth & Retention:
- Develop lifecycle and retention campaigns to stimulate trading activity, ongoing engagement, and product education.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless launches and continual adoption improvement across precincts.
- Create compliant reward systems tied to market events and trading patterns.
- Continuously refine onboarding, funding, and trade execution experiences in alignment with product and growth teams.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Define key performance indicators collaborating chiefly with the Head of Growth and Product across funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact.
- Employ tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel to analyze campaign performance for iterative enhancements.
- Regularly disseminate insights to guide growth priorities within product, data, and leadership teams.
Requirements:
- 3-to-5 years of product marketing experience, ideally within stocks/equities.
- Proven track record in launching & scaling B2C products and platforms, driving sustainable adoption and revenue growth.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and craft high-converting stories.
- Proven collaborative skills in fast-paced environments with a proactive approach.
- Strong analytical skills in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous.
- Crypto familiarity or involvement in community-led growth is a bonus.
