Key Responsibilities of a Growth Marketing Lead at Flipster:
We are in search of a Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead the development and scaling of Flipster's comprehensive user growth strategy. This role encompasses managing acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and organic growth strategies while leading a proficient yet efficient team. The primary goal is to drive sustainable user and revenue growth on a global scale.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strategizing and leading Flipster's global growth marketing approach involving acquisition, lifecycle, and organic channels in alignment with company objectives.
- Driving performance across paid channels and lifecycle campaigns by establishing KPIs and optimizing budget allocation to maximize scalable user growth.
- Leading, mentoring, and expanding a proficient team spanning performance marketing, CRM, and SEO through a culture of innovation, accountability, and continual improvement.
- Supervising campaign execution and growth experiments to ensure cohesion among marketing, product, and creative teams.
- Developing and overseeing a data-driven growth framework encompassing forecasting, funnel metrics, attribution, and performance analysis.
- Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to enhance user journeys and conversion processes from acquisition to retention.
- Managing SEO strategy in collaboration with content and technical teams to enhance organic traffic and visibility.
- Executing cross-functional initiatives and go-to-market strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and overall trading volume growth.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading diverse growth teams encompassing paid acquisition, CRM, and SEO, preferably in sectors like crypto, fintech, or Web3.
- Strong leadership abilities including team building and development expertise in fast-paced environments.
- Profound understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation methodologies, attribution models, and performance analytics.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Iterable or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or another APAC language is advantageous.
