Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update employee records in the HR information system
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, enhancing service quality and efficiency
  • Handle visa processes for employees, including applications and renewals
  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts and guides
  • Maintain company policies in compliance with relevant legislation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries from employees
  • Administer the HR Service Desk and Jira ticket system in collaboration with the HR Systems Analyst
  • Coordinate with external partners like EAP services and Migration lawyers
  • Produce reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Assist Payroll by providing pertinent employee information
  • Support the Learning & Development team by ensuring accurate data within the LMS

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in HR software
  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Previous experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Previous HR experience
