Role Overview
Are you a skilled HR Administrator with a keen interest in managing employee records and ensuring a seamless onboarding process? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team! As part of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records in the HR system and assisting with various HR administrative tasks. Your role will involve managing new hire compliance checks, generating contracts, and overseeing the accuracy of employee data. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process for new hires, striving to uphold high service standards and introducing enhancements when possible.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee records in the HR information system
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, enhancing service quality and efficiency
- Handle visa processes for employees, including applications and renewals
- Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts and guides
- Maintain company policies in compliance with relevant legislation
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries from employees
- Administer the HR Service Desk and Jira ticket system in collaboration with the HR Systems Analyst
- Coordinate with external partners like EAP services and Migration lawyers
- Produce reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Assist Payroll by providing pertinent employee information
- Support the Learning & Development team by ensuring accurate data within the LMS
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in HR software
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Previous HR experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack & Jira
