Our client, an industry-leading company specializing in space optimization solutions, is currently looking to hire a dedicated Human Resources & Administration Manager. The role will involve designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Lead a team responsible for various HR functions such as talent acquisition and performance management.
- Foster positive employee relations and strengthen corporate culture.
- Manage equipment procurement and vendor relationships.
- Oversee budget planning and cost control activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and review HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proficient in leading and supervising a team.
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams as a strategic business partner.
- Preferably experience in the storage industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English.
