Our client, an industry-leading company specializing in space optimization solutions, is in search of a skilled Human Resources & Administration Manager. This role will involve driving human resources strategies and administrative support to promote growth and operational efficiency within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead a team and oversee various HR functions such as talent acquisition and performance management.
- Cultivate positive employee relations and foster a strong corporate culture.
- Manage equipment procurement and vendor relationships.
- Monitor budget planning and control costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and evaluate HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proficient in supervising a team of four employees.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams as a strategic business partner.
- Preferred experience in the storage industry.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Cantonese and English.
