Our client is a tech solutions company based in Dubai, known for its vibrant startup culture. They are expanding their business and are in search of an HR Manager for their team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and possess a good understanding of Malaysia's employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s goals
- Manage the complete recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to facilitating onboarding procedures
- Supervise matters related to employee relations, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations in Malaysia
- Administer compensation and benefits schemes
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Organize training and developmental activities for the workforce
- Maintain accurate records and generate HR reports as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of HR management experience
- Proficient understanding of Malaysia's labor laws and best HR practices
- Collaborative, service-oriented, accountable, decisive, and adaptable
- Sound knowledge of HR procedures, labor regulations, and laws
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates dependability and integrity
