The HR Operations Specialist at Animoca Brands will play a key role in supporting various aspects of workforce administration, from transfers and promotions to ensuring legal compliance in HR practices. Responsibilities will involve overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. Additionally, the role will include coordinating internal training processes, organizing staff and social events, providing administrative support, and handling ad hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Support end-to-end processes related to internal training, maintaining records, gathering feedback, and more.
  • Organize and participate in staff and social events.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including conference room bookings, sourcing quotations, ordering supplies, and general office maintenance.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in HR operations, preferably in a large multinational corporation.
  • Strong proficiency in English and PC skills, including MS Office and Google Drive.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, independent, and a quick learner.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

Roles and Responsibilities

Cultivate and enhance strong relationships with a portfolio of TaxBit’s key clients

Implement robust governance mechanisms for each client account, including steering committees and regular review meetings

Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; MBA is preferred

Compensation

The base salary range for this position falls between $101,000 and $161,000. Certain roles may also qualify for additional compensation, equity, and benefits, with the final compensation package being contingent on various factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
