Job Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to enhance our HR team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations, a comprehensive understanding of compensation and benefits, and a minimum of 6 years in the HR field. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing HR processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations to nurture a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations to ensure efficient execution of HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to enhance operational processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Lead HRIS management for accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Assist in developing and administering compensation structures and benefit programs.
  • Analyze market data to offer competitive salary and benefits packages.
  • Provide guidance to employees on compensation, benefits, and policies.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Handle employee relations matters, offering support to address HR issues.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct investigations when needed and recommend corrective actions.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate HR reports on headcount, turnover, and compensation data.
  • Provide insights on HR metrics and trends for operational improvements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
  • Work with HR leadership to implement strategies aligned with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in HR with a focus on operations, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
  • Skills: Proficient in HR systems, policies, and best practices. Hands-on experience in compensation analysis, benefits administration, and compliance. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills. Experience in regions like Japan or the UAE is advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
