Our International Development Team is responsible for overseeing Ledger's growth on a global scale, creating tailored strategies for key international markets. Collaborating closely with departments like marketing, sales, operations, and communications, we aim to execute successful go-to-market plans that drive the company's expansion efforts.
Your Responsibilities
Your role involves supporting the International team in executing a diverse range of projects, such as forming partnerships with top crypto exchanges, launching Ledger in new markets, and developing market-specific CRM strategies. You will engage with the Local Market Outreach team members globally and work cross-functionally to ensure project tasks are completed within budget and schedule. Managing stakeholders and aligning projects with business objectives will be key in this role. Additionally, you will conduct market research, identify customer needs, and facilitate successful partnerships with external parties to drive international business development.
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who is highly results-driven, deeply passionate about Ledger's brand and mission, and enthusiastic about the crypto and digital assets space. Strong project management experience, analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities are crucial. Fluency in English is required, with at least 5 years of experience in project management, market management, business operations, or related fields. Experience in Web3, FinTech, or Tech is advantageous.
Desired Qualities
Preferred candidates will be capable of working autonomously on project execution, display accountability, and show awareness of local market dynamics in alignment with Ledger's standards. Insight into Web3, FinTech, or Tech sectors is a plus.
