What you'll be responsible for:

We are seeking a Product Manager who will be instrumental in building new API products that empower developers to create Crypto-powered applications. Your mission will be to make it effortless for developers to bring blockchain benefits to billions of users.

As a Product Manager, you will lead the development of products utilizing our core protocols (USDC, CCTP) for both SaaS offerings and on-chain protocols. This will include creating products such as Programmable Wallets, Smart contract Platform, and Gas Abstraction. Your focus will be enabling developers in the web3 native ecosystem and web2 enterprises to leverage Circle's infrastructure. You will need to gain in-depth knowledge of frontier Web3 technologies such as Account Abstraction, Intents, Naming, and other EIPs.

What you'll work on:

• Engaging with developers in the ecosystem to understand how Circle can support them and converting their needs into a product roadmap for market launch (externally collaborative role)
• Creating the product vision, feature set, and roadmap to take these developer products from concept to reality, utilizing off-chain and on-chain protocols
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technologies and contributing to the development of industry standards
• Defining an exceptional developer experience, catering to both experienced smart contract developers and those new to the space
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, treasury, and marketing, to bring products to market

What you'll bring to Circle:

• Lead Product Manager:

• 7+ years of product management or entrepreneurship experience, including at least 2 years in crypto or developer infrastructure tools

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a software developer or building products for developers.

• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, actively engaged with dapps, EIPs, and relevant communities.

• Excellent communication skills, able to effectively engage with customers, developers, and the open-source community.

• Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable working with data.

• Experience working in a fully remote environment with teams across different time zones, proficiency in Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

• Principal Product Manager:

• All requirements of a Lead Product Manager, plus:

• 10+ years of product management experience with successful product portfolios and significant revenue generation

• Ownership of product strategy for complex commercial products, preferably in the crypto space

• Mentoring experience for other product managers and the ability to influence partners and executives for successful outcomes.

Additional Information:

• This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
• Compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and location.
• Lead Product Manager: Base Pay Range: $157,500 - $207,500, Annual Bonus Target: 15%
• Principal Product Manager: Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000, Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
