What you'll be responsible for:
We are seeking a Product Manager who will be instrumental in building new API products that empower developers to create Crypto-powered applications. Your mission will be to make it effortless for developers to bring blockchain benefits to billions of users.
As a Product Manager, you will lead the development of products utilizing our core protocols (USDC, CCTP) for both SaaS offerings and on-chain protocols. This will include creating products such as Programmable Wallets, Smart contract Platform, and Gas Abstraction. Your focus will be enabling developers in the web3 native ecosystem and web2 enterprises to leverage Circle's infrastructure. You will need to gain in-depth knowledge of frontier Web3 technologies such as Account Abstraction, Intents, Naming, and other EIPs.
What you'll work on:
- Engaging with developers in the ecosystem to understand how Circle can support them and converting their needs into a product roadmap for market launch (externally collaborative role)
- Creating the product vision, feature set, and roadmap to take these developer products from concept to reality, utilizing off-chain and on-chain protocols
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technologies and contributing to the development of industry standards
- Defining an exceptional developer experience, catering to both experienced smart contract developers and those new to the space
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, treasury, and marketing, to bring products to market

What you'll bring to Circle:
Lead Product Manager:
7+ years of product management or entrepreneurship experience, including at least 2 years in crypto or developer infrastructure tools
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a software developer or building products for developers.
Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, actively engaged with dapps, EIPs, and relevant communities.
Excellent communication skills, able to effectively engage with customers, developers, and the open-source community.
Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable working with data.
Experience working in a fully remote environment with teams across different time zones, proficiency in Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
Principal Product Manager:
All requirements of a Lead Product Manager, plus:
10+ years of product management experience with successful product portfolios and significant revenue generation
Ownership of product strategy for complex commercial products, preferably in the crypto space
Mentoring experience for other product managers and the ability to influence partners and executives for successful outcomes.
Additional Information:
- This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- Compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and location.
- Lead Product Manager: Base Pay Range: $157,500 - $207,500, Annual Bonus Target: 15%
- Principal Product Manager: Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000, Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%

Growth Marketing Lead (User & Volume Growth Focus)
This is not a traditional community manager role. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of onboarding users, increasing engagement, and directly contributing to product adoption and transaction/activity volume.
What You’ll Own
Develop and execute user growth strategy end-to-end
Drive measurable increases in active users and platform volume
Build acquisition funnels (organic + partnership-driven)
Optimize onboarding flows and activation metrics
Lead social presence across Twitter/X and other platforms

Protocol Core: Development and optimization of L2-settlement logic on Solidity/Yul.

Requirements:
Deep knowledge of Solidity (0.8.20+) and Assembly (Yul).
Experience working with Foundry (Fuzzing/Invariants) and understanding the architecture of OP Stack or Arbitrum Orbit.

Senior Blockchain Engineer
DApp & Smart Contract Developer (Vesting Platform)
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, values clean and secure code, and understands the nuances of blockchain-based application architecture.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve issues in vesting smart contracts and their front-end integrations.
Implement new features and system enhancements to improve UX and overall platform performance.
Maintain smooth interaction between the web interface and deployed smart contracts.
Conduct testing, audits, and deployments across testnet and mainnet environments.
Optimize contract logic for performance, security, and gas efficiency.
Collaborate with our engineering team to identify pain points and deliver stable, secure solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience building full-stack decentralized applications.
Strong proficiency in Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
Hands-on experience with Hardhat or Foundry for smart contract development and testing.
Familiarity with Ethers.js or Web3.js for blockchain interaction layers.
Solid understanding of Ethereum, Polygon, or other EVM-compatible chains.
Experience integrating wallets such as MetaMask and managing on-chain/off-chain data flows.
Strong debugging skills, attention to detail, and a security-first mindset.

Project Scope
This role supports a short-to-mid-term initiative focused on stabilizing and enhancing an existing crypto vesting platform. High-performing developers may have opportunities for ongoing collaboration across additional blockchain and product engineering projects.
