We are looking for someone who can take ownership of social media and marketing for the upcoming launch of our new project on Berachain. The current team has successfully launched other projects on other chains, achieving TVL of >8 figures and achieving good returns for investors. We are seeking to expand to include this new role to help the existing growth team focus more on business development. The expectations for this role are to own the projects social media presence on X, Discord, Debank and other social medias. This role will generate marketing materials such as graphics, articles and marketing campaigns. A well qualified candidate should have experience growing an audience on social media. The candidate should also have some formal marketing training or past experience as a marketer in web3. The candidate should be able to show a portfolio of past campaigns and document the effectiveness of such campaigns. The compensation for this position will be paid in native tokens and will be heavily incentive driven. This role is perfect for someone who is an experienced marketer and social media power user who wants to work hard and earn the most possible equity, while making that equity as valuable as possible. Asymmetric upside available for a dedicated candidate.
