Marketing Business Analyst- LATAM

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, study customer behavior, and analyze market trends to pinpoint potential opportunities and risks.
• Develop and manage marketing dashboards and reports to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to determine data requirements in support of business analytics and strategic decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to inform and enhance marketing strategies.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Perform analysis on user conversion rates, behavioral preferences, segmentation, and establish a sustainable data monitoring system and user operation framework.
• Conduct operational testing, analyze activity effects, and assess marketing activities with rigorous statistical validity standards to provide business recommendations and decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.
• Proficient in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
• Excellent English communication skills for conveying findings clearly.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is advantageous.
• Background in statistical software or programming languages such as Python and R is considered a bonus.
