Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies for expanding, retaining, and generating revenue from audiences composed of both web3 and traditional gamers.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends in web3, blockchain, and gaming sectors.
- Engage with our IP partners to foster brand unity and assure alignment across publishing initiatives.
- Implement top-notch omnichannel marketing campaigns to allure, broaden, and retain our user base.
- Uphold a consistent brand voice and image across all marketing platforms and collaborations.
- Scout, negotiate, and manage beneficial partnerships with platform operators, investors, other web3 projects, and brand collaborators.
- Supervise content production for all marketing outlets.
- Manage and nurture a diverse and distributed marketing team.
- Direct the branding department by recruiting, training, delegating tasks, organizing schedules, and guiding team members.
- Set benchmarks for branding department outputs regarding production, efficacy, and quality.
- Ensure team compliance with existing procedures, ferret out enhancement opportunities, and create supportive procedures and utilities for design operations.
- Pave the way for various presentation frameworks, styles, and methods for the team.
- Undertake a creative review to boost innovation and create a common brand perception and corporate voice within the team.
- Develop creative briefs citing ideas resulting from brainstorming, specifying directions, timelines, and handovers for the creative group.
- Analyze market fluctuations, consumer requirements, competition landscape, and monitor campaign efficacy.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing exposure in web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency niches.
- Possession of 3 or more years in a senior marketing position or Chief Marketing Officer role.
- A background of at least 5 years in video game marketing.
- Proven ability in expanding communities within the web3 domain.
- Proven skill in securing and executing purposeful strategic collaborations.
- Fluent in successful influencer marketing techniques and approaches.
- Strong managerial, communicative, and leadership capabilities.
- A fervor for gaming and web3, along with strong belief in the game-changing potential of web3 tech for the gaming industry.
- A robust creative vision underpinned by business acumen.
