About The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Lead based in India who is passionate about web3 technology to join our team. As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing local marketing strategies and executing tactical plans in India.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing marketing execution in India, collaborating with the global marketing team to set priorities and strategies, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will plan, manage, and execute projects related to marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the marketing strategy in India in collaboration with the Marketing Leads and APAC Lead
- Manage various marketing projects to ensure they are prioritized, on schedule, and successfully delivered
- Coordinate local events in regional markets
- Stay updated on market trends, conduct market research, gather user insights, and analyze competitors' activities to enhance overall marketing strategy
- Track and analyze marketing performance
- Assist with logistics and operational tasks related to marketing projects
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or related fields
- Proficient in digital advertising/marketing and social media techniques
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with local media outlets, marketing agencies, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas to large teams and executive leadership
- Strong project management skills to motivate internal and external partners, cross-functional teams, and agencies towards common objectives
- Excellent written communication skills and event planning capabilities
- Prior knowledge of web3 technology is essential
- Proficient in English written and oral communication
Remuneration:
The salary range for this full-time role is $60-80k USD. This range may vary based on experience, location, and qualifications.
