Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager at Flipster, you will be instrumental in enhancing the brand presence and growth within the crypto market. You will focus on crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans tailored for both Traditional and Simplified Chinese audiences. Your responsibilities will include content creation, partnership development, and performance analysis to optimize marketing initiatives for improved brand awareness and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft engaging content to elevate the Flipster brand and foster a vibrant user community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with Flipster's brand strategy and messaging.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics across various marketing channels for effective strategy adjustments.
- Assist in planning and organizing online and offline marketing events to enhance community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Conduct campaign reporting to track effectiveness and provide insights for future optimization.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations to safeguard Flipster's reputation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in cryptocurrency or fintech industries related to trading.
- Profound understanding of financial markets, especially in the crypto space, with the ability to integrate this knowledge into marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing metrics analysis and the capacity to adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Creative thinker capable of developing compelling brand narratives and engaging content for target audiences.
- Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English and proficiency in creating content in both Traditional and Simplified Chinese. Knowledge of Cantonese is a plus.
