Description

Dora Factory (DF) is dedicated to developing protocols, tools, and infrastructure to support open-source communities and frontier tech builders, such as the MACI and aMACI protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  1. User Engagement and Ecosystem Building
  • Create and implement strategies to engage with blockchain ecosystems, including collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and community leaders.
  • Drive adoption and awareness of DF protocols (e.g., MACI, aMACI) within the Web3 space.
  • Organize webinars, events, and partnerships to encourage community participation.
  1. Marketing and Campaigns
  • Strategize and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of DF’s offerings and protocols.
  • Develop initiatives to onboard users, developers, and organizations to DF infrastructure.
  • Manage events and campaigns to attract users to DF and create buzz.
  1. Social Media Management
  • Oversee DF's social media accounts to maintain engaging online presence.
  • Create and share content to educate users about DF protocols and stimulate discussions.
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize strategies and enhance engagement.
  1. Community Support and Feedback
  • Serve as a connection between the community and DF team, addressing inquiries and gathering feedback.
  • Monitor various platforms for discussions, opportunities, and concerns.
  • Foster an active and engaged community around DF protocols.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps.
  • Provide insights on community feedback and market trends to enhance protocol adoption and functionality.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, user operations, or community management, particularly in the blockchain or Web3 industry.
  • Strong comprehension of blockchain ecosystems and decentralized protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Proficiency in social media tools, content creation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of blockchain technologies and protocols (e.g., Ethereum, MACI).

What You Will Do
Creator & Partner Growth
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who can drive high-quality users
Build and negotiate creator partnerships (affiliate, revenue share, performance-based deals)
Run creator campaigns end-to-end: outreach → deal → launch → optimization
Build long-term relationships with creators, not one-off placements
 
Prioritize volume with intent — not spam
Important:
You are not managing Higgsfield’s own YouTube or social channels.
Your job is growth through external creators and their audiences.
YouTube Growth (Primary Focus)
Own YouTube as a distribution channel through creator collaborations
Drive traffic and usage via creator-generated content
Measure success by output and impact, not vanity metrics
Primary KPI:
Number of new unique creator videos generated per month
Analytics & Decision-Making
Build simple but effective models in Excel / Google Sheets
Estimate traffic, conversions, and revenue impact
Decide which creators, formats, and deals to scale or cut
Turn messy, incomplete data into clear execution decisions
Automation & Scale
Automate creator discovery, outreach, tracking, and reporting.
Build lightweight systems using tools like Sheets, Zapier, Apify, Instantly, CRMs, APIs, or scripts.
Reduce manual work and increase throughput.
Execution & Experimentation
Run fast experiments across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X).
Test formats, incentives, and deal structures.
Learn quickly and iterate.
There is no separation between “creative” and “technical.” One person owns the full cycle.
Who We’re Looking For
