Key Responsibilities:

• Possess an in-depth understanding of transaction timelines, from source documents to ledger posting
• Apply analytical skills to identify core issues and propose innovative remedies
• Lead end-to-end project cycles, from conception to implementation, for moderately complex assignments
• Prioritize tasks and exercise problem-solving abilities with minimal guidance
• Demonstrate alignment with Anchorage’s strategic objectives in personal planning and goal setting
• Clearly articulate how individual contributions support departmental priorities
• Foster strong team relationships and embody organizational culture principles
• Adjust communication approaches effectively and secure stakeholder buy-in

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
• Proficiency in designing and implementing processes to enhance accounts payable efficiency
• Hands-on familiarity in managing corporate credit cards and expense reports, guaranteeing adherence to company policies
• Strong communication skills and adeptness in collaborating with business partners to further the organizational mission
• Experience in upholding and implementing internal controls
• Ability to operate autonomously in a remote setting while overseeing processes diligently
