Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our events team and contribute to the implementation of our global event strategy. As a team member, you will collaborate with the event marketing team in the planning and execution of various events such as industry conferences, executive dinners, hosted experiences, and specialized institutional events. These events are aimed at generating leads and nurturing relationships in key target markets for a leading company in the institutional crypto space.
This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership, sales, and brand teams. The ideal candidate will excel in fast-paced environments, possess a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, and comprehend the pivotal role events play in driving significant business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed event plans outlining goals, target audience, timelines, budgets, and success criteria that align with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Manage operational aspects of industry conferences and trade shows, overseeing tasks like sponsorships, booth logistics, and speaker arrangements.
- Procure and supervise external vendors and venue coordination, including handling contracts, negotiating terms of service, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Key Requirements
- Analyze the effectiveness of events through post-event evaluations, measuring attendance, engagement levels, and business impact to enhance future event strategies.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's strategic aims and integrate them into event planning and goal-setting processes.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive alignment of field marketing efforts with broader business strategies.

- Prior experience successfully managing third-party events from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in venue selection, contract management, and vendor oversight for internal events.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events concurrently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Adept at making data-driven decisions and adept at working efficiently in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Additional Skills (Desirable but not mandatory)
- Background in event marketing within the crypto, finance, or FinTech sectors.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Luma, or other event marketing tools.
- Appreciation for creative expressions like the soundtrack from "Hamilton," a musical that tells a narrative of a transformative financial system adaptation.
