Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in managing payroll operations in Dayforce HCM software.
  • Exemplary attention to detail to ensure accurate data input, analysis, and report generation.
  • Full-cycle processing of semi-monthly and monthly global payrolls.
  • Oversight of global benefits administration.
  • Collaboration with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll processing with precise employee data.
  • Upholding compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations alongside tax requirements.
  • Timely response to employee queries pertaining to payroll and benefits.
  • Administration of benefits plan enrollment and modifications.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

  • Handling sensitive employee data with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • preparation, analysis, and dissemination of global payroll and benefits reports to stakeholders.
  • Independent contribution to projects and integrations related to global payroll and benefits administration.

  • Alignment of projects with existing policies and procedures to maintain consistency across teams.

Additional Qualifications (not mandatory but preferred):

  • Past experience in processing payroll for EMEA countries and Singapore.
