Anchorage Digital seeks an adept professional in total rewards management to oversee global rewards programs (including compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition) aimed at attracting, retaining, engaging, and motivating employees in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions.
This role entails close collaboration with senior executives, managers, and People Business Partners to ensure best practices are implemented in total rewards policies, programs, and procedures. Leadership responsibilities include reporting to the Global Total Rewards Lead, working as a key Total Rewards team member, and contributing to the development of total rewards initiatives aligning with talent strategies crucial to driving company success and enhancing overall employee experience.
Given Anchorage's unique positioning spanning crypto, traditional finance, and tech spheres, the compensation strategy must resonate with nuances across diverse functional areas such as sales and trading. The ideal candidate will proactively utilize a data-driven approach to maintain competitive, performance-driven, culturally-aligned, and well-understood rewards valued by employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Skills:
- Oversee total rewards programs to ensure a seamless employee experience that consistently attracts and retains top talent in a highly competitive industry.
- Spearhead total rewards projects aligning with Anchorage's global talent objectives and strategies.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Collaborate with the Global Total Rewards Lead to design, execute, communicate, and administer compensation and benefits programs at Anchorage, managing short- and long-term incentives, executive compensations, and core benefits.
- Continuously assess program effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business and talent strategies and making recommendations in light of market trends and relevant regulatory landscapes.
- Uphold compliance of total rewards programs with pertinent laws, regulations, and company policies.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Offer strategic guidance on total rewards matters to People Business Partners and other People Leaders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Efficiently manage priorities within a high-growth, fast-paced environment, while anticipating future growth demands based on company stage and size.
Communication and Influence:
- Effectively communicate intricate compensation matters across diverse audiences and collaborate with senior members to engage them in the overall vision, mission, and strategy.
- Foster collaboration with People Business Partners and stakeholders to integrate total rewards programs into broader people and business strategies.
- Develop and deploy communication and training initiatives on total rewards programs for employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Profound experience in compensation and benefits, particularly in competitive industries and ideally at growth-stage companies or in the crypto sector.
- Strong project management skills, with expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities effectively.
- In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, trends, and compliance for IPO readiness.
- Proficiency in utilizing Google Sheets/Excel, coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal proficiencies, empowering the clear articulation of complex concepts and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and the aptitude to navigate challenges holistically within the broader organizational vision.

- Preferred experience with Dayforce or Workday systems.
