Responsibilities
- Manage data entry, system processing, and reconciliation for payslips and vested token schemes.
- Conduct routine and ad hoc tasks to streamline compensation setup and administration.
- Maintain and oversee crucial document management and data upkeep on various platforms.
- Adhere rigorously to established workflows to ensure data precision and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate on process enhancements and operational efficiencies with the team.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure timely task completion with high-quality delivery.
- Offer operational backing and aid in balancing workloads, particularly during peak cycles.
- Document, track, and update workflow logs for streamlined and transparent operations.
- Generate periodic reports to monitor progress and streamline processes efficiently.
- Cultivate specialized knowledge in operational functions to serve as a team expert.
- Stay informed of contemporary tools and best practices to elevate work quality consistently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations or a process-oriented capacity, particularly in finance or payroll.
- Proficient in payroll processes including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Meticulous attention to detail, emphasizing accuracy in tasks.
- Strong organizational abilities essential for overseeing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Process-oriented mindset with competency in following preset workflows.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
- Self-driven, demonstrating eagerness for learning and advancement toward Subject Matter Expertise (SME).

- Familiarity with compensation programs or payroll operations is advantageous.
