What We’re Looking For
We are in search of a skilled Payroll Specialist to lead our global payroll operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for our UK headquarters and various global entities. Your role will be instrumental in scaling our operations, implementing efficient processes, and providing seamless payroll services to our growing international team.
This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to establish themselves as an authority in global payroll management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll for our teams in the UK, Ireland, United States, Brazil, and India
- Implement scalable payroll systems and processes
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and external partners to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance
- Develop meaningful payroll analytics and address reporting requirements
- Address payroll inquiries promptly to ensure optimal employee experience
- Continuously enhance payroll procedures and documentation
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in global payroll management and familiarity with international tax regulations
- Proficiency in payroll system implementation and integration
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, HR, and third-party vendors
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and IF statements
- Experience with Papaya Global and Cezanne HR is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach and a commitment to ongoing improvement
This position offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per year, along with opportunities for bonuses and equity participation in company success. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits focused on supporting the well-being and professional development of our team members.
