Recruitment Support Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting approved job listings on relevant platforms while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to hiring procedures, from job request to posting.
- Support in screening CVs for Junior positions.
- Collaborate in preparing and proposing salary packages for approval.
HR Policy Management Tasks:
- Assist in updating, aligning, and documenting HR policies and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Review and modify policies to align with legislative changes and best practices, maintaining accurate documentation.
Talent Development Support Role:
- Aid in creating and launching talent development programs.
- Develop engaging learning materials tailored to the organization's needs.
- Assist in enhancing onboarding programs and their implementation.
Culture and Communication Responsibilities:
- Support initiatives to reinforce organizational values and behaviors.
- Aid in communicating cultural initiatives effectively across all levels.
