WHAT WE NEED
The People Business Partner will be instrumental in establishing and integrating people practices in a growing local business operating within a global organizational context. This role demands a blend of commercial acumen, local implementation, and global alignment to ensure that people decisions align with business objectives, growth targets, and cultural harmony.
Operating within a dynamic scale-up setting, the role will entail strategic oversight and hands-on involvement to ensure adherence to robust HR and legal standards, foster effective leadership skills, and enhance performance through clear goals, sound management strategies, and strong employee engagement.
The People Business Partner will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, offering guidance to leaders and ensuring that local practices remain in sync with global principles, guidelines, and values. Recruitment duties are not included in this role.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
- Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR generalist in a growing or complex organization.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law and the ability to work within global policy frameworks.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and insight into business drivers.
- Experience in implementing performance management and leadership development.
- Proficient in coaching with the credibility to influence leadership teams.
