The ideal candidate for this role is an HR Operations Analyst who possesses proactive traits, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of empathy. The role involves ensuring a harmonious work environment and optimizing operational processes for efficiency.
Key responsibilities include providing guidance and support to team members, tending to individual requirements, contributing to internal processes, and aiding in the coordination of company events. The overarching aim is to foster a supportive and productive workspace for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Travel Management: Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements for various events, conferences, and summits. Organize the planning and logistics for company retreats and summits.
- Performance Review: Support the performance review process by assisting managers and ensuring transparent communication.
- Engagement Survey: Oversee the survey process, including question evaluation and data maintenance on Culture Amp.
- Recruitment Support: Aid in candidate screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment data analysis.
- Onboarding: Conduct and update the orientation presentation, incorporating the organizational chart and handbook.
- Off-boarding: Manage termination procedures, prepare documents, and conduct exit interviews.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Possess empathy and a strong sense of ownership.
- Skilled in utilizing online collaboration tools such as Google Suite, Notion, and Slack.
